Cancel or Request a Refund

All Neve Eats subscriptions are managed by Apple. You can cancel anytime or request a refund directly through your iPhone settings.

Cancel your subscription App Store

Follow these steps directly on your iPhone:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap Neve Eats
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription
Your access continues until the end of your current billing period — no charges after that.

Request a Refund

Refunds are handled by Apple. To request one:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find your Neve Eats purchase
  4. Select Request a refund and follow the steps
