• Account information — your email address and password, stored securely via Supabase.
• Food log data — meals you log, calorie and macro information, and any photos you choose to analyse.
• Health preferences — calorie goals, allergy settings, skin trigger preferences, and tracking preferences you set in the app.
• Usage data — basic app usage analytics to help us improve the product (crash reports, feature usage).

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and personalise the Neve Eats experience.
• To analyse food images and nutritional content using AI (OpenAI API). Images are sent to OpenAI solely for analysis and are not stored by OpenAI beyond their data retention policy.
• To calculate your skin score and identify potential food triggers based on your preferences.
• To send optional local notifications you enable in the app.

3. What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
• We do not share your food or health data with advertisers.
• We do not store photos you upload beyond what is needed for immediate AI analysis.

4. Third-Party Services

Neve Eats uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — database and authentication.
• OpenAI — AI-powered food and skin analysis.
• RevenueCat — subscription management.

5. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in encrypted databases. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

6. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@neveeats.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

Neve Eats is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
